I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TriHealth
Interview
Laid back and conversational, which made me feel at ease and not as nervous. I only interviewed with Pharmacy Technician Supervisor. The questions asked were the typical: describe yourself, your goals, your experience. I had to give examples of dealing with someone irate and how I reacted and attempted to resolve the issue. I was first hired as part time and in less than 6 months I accepted a full time tech position. The interviewer allowed me to come inside to where I would be working to meet some of the current techncians and pharmacists. The whole process went rather quick.
