One of the most unethical companies I have come across.
They take senior candidates Associate Director level for granted and run a hopelessly long interview process stretching over a month.
Compensation expectations are clearly acknowledged at the start, yet after interviews are completed, they collect sensitive documents like payslips and appraisal letters—only to later claim they cannot meet the agreed compensation.
The process ends in the most unprofessional way possible, with the company chickening out and ghosting completely, offering no response to emails or calls.
If you’re interviewing here, beware. This experience reflects the culture inside.
