As per HR there will two round of interview with managers and then HR round for salary discussion. After 1st round, because of unavailability of hiring manager, she instructed 2nd round with a senior manager. Good thing is that if you clear the round, you will get an email once the interviewer upload their review in their internal system. As I cleared 2 rounds, I assumed that next round will be HR round. But, Hiring manager still want to have another round interview with me, which I was ok. But, need to followup to get the 3rd round scheduled and during EST timezone. During the interview process, hiring manager is insisting to work during EST timezone, which was not the case at all right from first call with HR (As per HR it is a day or afternoon shift). After 3rd round of interview I am still waiting for the Hiring manager approval. I am sure I cleared that round and waiting for confirmation and They are simply wasting time of the people who are searching for a job. At least they should have updated their candidature portal whether they selected my candidature or not. Hiring manager is simply not uploading the feedback for more than 3 weeks and everything is paused. Surprised to know that the Manager is too busy even to upload the feedback.
