Interview
I had a behavioural interview with HR manager. It was great! More of a chat than a formal interview. We discussed what position would be best for me as I spoke about my experiences and how my values/interest align with TribalScale's. Then, I had an interview with a current Software Engineer / Co-Op Manager. We talked more technical like what tech stacks do I use and my experiences.

Interview
Through a referral I got an HR screening then a behavioral interview with an engineer. The interviewer was very kind and we mainly talked about my experiences, skills and projects.
