5 useless interviews, same questions, same resume reciting (4 weeks) / why do you need to ask the same questions in every interview?
Also, as the final step - you need to prepare a 2-weeks POC exercise with … “their platform” and present it to the “panel” ?
Very inefficient hiring process. Never again, BS company, avoid if you can.
