1. Cognitive aptitude test: Couldn't be more irrelevant to the role requirements 2. Real-work skills assessment: Based on harvesting ideas from experienced professionals around real-life scenarios that the company is currently facing. Should be hypothetical to remove this unethical practice. 3. 30-min interview: Hiring manager didn't show up and sent someone else to run the interview—showcases how little leadership cares about the hiring process and bringing on the right talent. Overall, the experience was very sterile and did not reflect what it should be for a leadership position such as this. When questioned about the negative reviews on Glassdoor, the response was that they're mostly from "low-level employees". Again, very sterile in terms of how they describe their team.
