I had to pass several online assessments as a part of the application, amounting to several hours worth of work through Crossover. After the assessments were passed a few days later I was able to schedule an online interview. The interviewer was personable and very knowledgeable about the details of the position. No technical (coding) questions were given during the Zoom interview. During the interview I was told that I would be given a decision and individual feedback within 1 - 2 days. The actual decision came a week and a half later via an automated rejection email through Crossover and no feedback was given even after emailing the interviewer.
