Or are you sure you are in the right place? 3) Expect unprofessional behavior by the interviewers that may affect your assessments badly, such as sending you material right before the interview to study which normally may take a few hours to comprehend. 4) Expect to take an assessment with an unrealistic assessment time. 5) Expect an interview not from the 1% talent who is trying hard to act like one. 6) The badges you take after each assessment can be removed from your profile for no reason at all, it is supposed to help in your second attempt or apply for other jobs on the platform. 7) Expect to take unrelated assessments in the interview process that may be removed later. They will just make you take assessments because they lack data and feedback about it, even though it's unrelated to the skill set they are assessing. 8) They make mistakes during the interview process and you might waste your time in the application because even though they make mistakes they do not hire from the best answers, but they rather ignore all the answers until their fix their mistake, 9) They will be looking for any reason to reject you and sometimes they won't hire you if they feel that you are more talented than them.
