Trilogy Health Services Graphic Designer interview questions

Interviewing with Trilogy was interesting. They wanted to know about the negatives of past jobs (what I hated about them, and their weaknesses) but didn't care about the positives. They requested a design test and went radio silent when I sent it to them. I waited for about a week before reaching out to the hiring manager when I was told I wasn't moving forward. They posted the job listing for an entry-level position but it sounded like they're looking for a senior-level designer. I would suggest to them to iron out what they want in a candidate and post a listing for the appropriate job title.
