Interviewer was only concerned with talking about herself. I was not asked any professional questions regarding my experience, past positions etc. I was also offered the position on the spot which I thought was odd for a management position.

Typical interview. I was called within a few days of applying for the job and I had an interview within a week overall. I interviewed in person with the recruiter. I was told that I was being moved onto the next phase of interviewing and another person would call me in a few days to set up additional interviews. The recruiter gave me his phone number and told me to be in touch. I never heard anything. I attempted to call the recruiter multiple times and left messages and I never got a call. I do not recommend this company to anyone just based on the lack of respect to inform a candidate of the job status.
