I received several invitations from recruiters from Linkedin. I went through a couple of meetings with 2 recruiters. The conversations apparently went well and then they simply ghosted me, stopped replying. I tried reaching them through email and Linkedin and shared no feedback or response. I just received an automated notification through their system that the job was given to another person. I find it extremely unprofessional to do it like that. Applying is time and energy demanding.
