It was super informal and easy going. They really are trying to determine if you'd be a good fit for the team, as experience can be learnt. It's a very casual and easy going environment.

Mike, a company recruiter from Ohio, gave me a phone interview. He gave me the phone screen just before Labor Day weekend and said there would be a "extra day or two" in the response due to the long weekend. I followed up 4 times throughout the next month and only received one response that he hadn't heard from the manager but would reach out to them and get back to me. I was fully qualified for the role and would have appreciated the professionalism of a response saying they were not interested in hiring me.
