I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Trimble (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2023
Interview
Just basic conversation about what the company does and what you are interested in. Nothing technical yet. Talk about what projects you have seen/heard what you are interested in. It was only about 30 minutes but next interviews will probably be longer and more technical.
I applied online. I interviewed at Trimble in Apr 2026
Interview
HR person was a very odd and difficult to work with. They asked for a time frame which I provided only to have them schedule something outside of that time frame. When I emailed to address the time conflict they rescheduled me twice without notice or confirmation. When I reached out to ask them about it I was treated as an inconvenience. If they were having a bad day why take it out on your candidate? I felt like I was respectful throughout the entire correspondence but treated as if I was purposely making their day more difficult.

They just repeated everything on my resume and ended the call. I assume it was a screening interview but it just felt overly hostile.
