It took 3 stages - HR interview, Team Interview and Technical Interview. HR couldn't explain anything about the job description. Team was asking for source file and didn't care about NDA. And on the finale stage they didn't even care about sensitive data and respect. After that their HR department was contacting me for 5 times and proposed me 5 different position and all they want is access to my source files, which means that they do not respect NDA and privacy policy.
