A recruiter reached out to me initially. I decided to do an interview to hear more about the company. The interview was laid back and I enjoyed the conversation we had. Typical situational questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Although I didn't get a chance to hear too much about the company so I wasn't convinced. I decided not to go forward with the process due to the fact I'm not super interested in environmental engineering. Overall a pleasant experience though.

On campus interview followed by a second round national interview. On campus was mostly behavioral. The national interview was a rotation between 4 interviewers and one writing prompt. Make sure to get your coffee in the morning because the process is somewhat exhausting repeatedly trying to introduce yourself to 4 different people with different tastes. There were a few easy technical questions and the rest are mostly behavioral and repetitive.
