I submitted my resume to the HR and got a chance in their national recruit. There were four 1:1 interviews with managers from different offices. There was no technical question. They focused on skills and abilities that they believe are important for environmental consultants. They asked questions about my ability to handle multi-task, to communicate with people, etc. You need to show your passion for this job. Be prepared for questions like "why do you want to work for Trinity", "where do you see yourself in 1 year? 5 years?". Then there was a 30 min writing test. It was a technical problem. You would have to do some calculations and then write a business memo to your client to explain your results.

Following an on-campus visit, we arranged an in-person behavioral interview. I was invited to the 6-hour final round of interviews (including 45 45-minute technical writing section, and 4 behavioral interviews). I received verbal offers from two offices, and called with both regional managers. They both said an official offer would be sent to me in a week or two, but it never arrived, and I heard nothing. A month later, I emailed both managers, and I was sent a letter of rejection. This company is significantly less professional compared to other places I have interviewed at and received offers from. On top of that, they expect employees to work a minimum of 47 hours a week for very uncompetitive pay. Overall, a bad experience from a subpar company.

Great company to interview with. I didn’t get the job but I enjoyed the conversation. It was very relaxed. The hiring manger was fantastic. They had a team member join the meeting which was nice, as it was a small team. My only issue with interview was they couldn’t define to the travel expectations clearly. It made me uneasy as this is the part of my current job I no longer enjoy.
