Applied through my university. Had two interviews with environmental/PSM account managers in the region about the position. Got asked standard questions like "Why Trinity Consulting?", "Why did you want to go into consulting?", etc. The third interview was face-to-face with two other region members. The interviews were easy and was asked about projects and basic technical stuff in my resume.

First interview was done on campus. The office manager in the region and I met for half an hour and discussed my goals, why I was interested in Trinity, and typical behavioral interview questions. It was more discussion-based, just to have a conversation. I was then flown in for a second interview at headquarters a few weeks, where I met with 4 different Trinity directors/managers for a half-day interview. It was pretty straightforward, some behavioral questions, some goal questions, and why I was interested in Trinity's work. At the end of the interview, I provided a writing sample. Overall, the interview process was easy and the team was very welcoming.
