Casual and Informative, I felt the conversation went very well and based on the feedback the feeling was mutual. Afterwards, I sent a thank-you and recap of our discussion. One week later, I reached out again to the interviewer for an update with no response... Only to see the job reposted the following week on LinkedIn. This type of bait and switch is disrespectful and unprofessional, please make sure to follow up with your candidate who put just as much time and effort into preparing for these interviews (if not more) than the internal team does. As a professional, I only seek opportunities what I feel would be a mutual benefit for myself and the organization. Feedback and transparency are not only appreciated but warranted.
