I had 5 seperate interviews for this position, first an unscheduled phone screen with the interviewer, then 4 additional hour-long interviews with the Director of Marketing, CMO, another marketing manager, and 2 direct reports for this position, The recruiter mentioned to me on a Friday that she'd be able to follow up with me early the following week. Then I was ghosted. I followed up twice with the recruiter over the next 3 weeks before I found the person who announced on linkedin that they just started this role. I'm highly disappointed that my time wasn't respected enough to warrant a single email in response to two inquiries about the role.
