Question 1
What are two words a classmate/teammate would use to describe you?
This process consisted of 3 parts. First I had a general screener with HR. Next, I had a call with the hiring manager and a few others at the company. Then, I had a writing sample/technical challenge. That whole process took about a month and finished up right before Thanksgiving. I didn't hear anything from the company until I emailed them 12/10 to get an update on my application. My recruiter told me that they would be discussing my application the next day and would have a decision shortly. Today is 2/9 and I haven't heard anything since then, despite emailing/calling every 2-3 weeks.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trinity Consultants (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied for the position through Ohio State's engineering job board (Handshake), and got an in person interview during the normal rush of interviews after the engineering career fair. Nothing too crazy happened during the interview, questions were largely behavioral. But I was very largely ghosted and never heard back. I only had contact information for the interviewer, and had followed up multiple times (about a month apart) for 4 months or so trying to hear a response. Nothing.
