Phone screen by a Team Lead or Supervisor, then a competency test. Final interview was a panel of four to six team leads and supervisors. Questions where straight forward, they are very big on the S.T.A.R method of responding to questions.

I applied online and the following week a supervisor in the department called me for a quick phone interview. Next I had to pass two different assessments to love on to the video interview where I met with all supervisors and was asked typical interview questions. Great experience and very friendly!

Interviews were held online through zoom. They were multi-stage interviews, two to three rounds total. After the second round there is a spreadsheet comprehension test. Interviews typically have the hiring manager as well as another equally leveled manager.
