Interviewed for the call center. They seemed very interested in hiring me. Sent a thoughtful and well composed thank you email, and they never got back to me. Called a week later to follow up. Left messages with both the managers I interviewed with. Never heard back. Emailed again a few days later. Tried calling again. No response from anyone. A few months later, I got a call from someone in Inside Sales wanting to interview me. I described my previous experience with their company and was told that the department I had originally interviewed with was on a “hiring hold,” but no one had the common courtesy to pick up the phone or respond to my email to tell me that.
