Interview
I have been through only two rounds of interview yet and am quite impressed with their staff. The first one was over the telephone with their HR person. It was mostly about my past experience and at the end she explained me the role that they were interviewing for.
The second round was a Skype interview with the manager in charge. He went extremely in depth about my experience, personality and role preferences. I guess he was trying to judge the passion and perseverance levels.

Interview
First, scanning interview with HR recruiter, who will went through your CV briefly and advise about the processes. After that you will then with Hiring manager. If you passed this, you will need to meet with Team member(s) and Crossed-team member(s) to ensure the fit. If you are applying for a role with specific language, you may need to meet with another person to test on your language capability.

Interview
Process was direct and quick. Staff was very nice and I did not wait long for my interview. Started with a phone screening and then one in person interview before heing made an offer.

Was asked how I would handle customer requests in certain situations and knowledge on html and xml data.

The process was nice and people were friendly, it just takes them a very long time to reply, over one month. If they could improve this would be really amazing.
