They offered me 70k to work in London. I replied that my minimum was 85-90k, since it was the same that I'm already getting in my current job and since it's a role in London, they said it was OK. Then they called me back 2 days later saying that the hiring manager didn't want a candidate that was "salary motivated". I guess they want someone that doesn't need to pay the rent.
