I applied through LinkedIn and didn't hear back for a couple weeks. When they finally reached out, I was in the desperate stages of job searching, so naturally I was going to take anything that came my way. Before I had my phone interview, I read the glassdoor reviews and for some idiotic reason, I went through with the phone call. The corporate recruiter is a super awesome human being so she obviously convinced me this company was way more than what the reviews said. So, I continued and went in for an on-site interview with the contract side of the company. The two people interviewing me were two team leads who were probably about 2 years older than me and acted like they were the coolest. They were rude and made the interview uncomfortable. Of course, they weren't impressed with me so they offered me to the direct-hire team leads. Still being an idiot, I agreed. I had a phone interview with one of them and really enjoyed my conversation, then went in for on-site which legitimately last all of 9 minutes. Don't get me wrong, it was a good conversation, just short. Not sure what they learned, but they offered me the job. Like I said, I was desperate so I accepted. While working at TCC, I actually became friends with the two team leads who hired me and still have SO much respect for them. They really are incredible people. However, I only lasted at the company 4 months due to other factors. SUPER easy interview process, no need to prepare.
