Was a very long and enduring process....Lots of literacy and numeracy ability tests. One you get the job the management is so terrible and the actual job is quite gruelling...very mentally fatiguing and very difficult to get things right as there is so much contradictory instruction throughout training and practice....overall, I wont be sticking around much longer

The interview process had numerous steps. Starting with a phone interview, then a panel interview, a series of test. The interview questions were mainly behavioural questions and required answering in the STAR format.
