Initial phone screen by HR admin (basically to check your work eligibility status, your communication skills, and maybe a few simple questions about your experience with instrumentation and knowledge of the industry). Site interview has a few rounds of managers from different teams to see how you potentially fit. Questions will be dependent on your experience level.
