Normal interview, but had the ability to meet with a lot of people, including R&D and even the senior Vice President of Quality. I was surprised that such a senior level person was included in my interview schedule and very impressed with his knowledge and how much time he spent with me to really explain about the company. You can tell that he is very proud to work for Tris and really presents the company in a way that you want to be part of the team.
