Interview
The interview was conducted via phone call. It was a fairly quick conversational interview. It probably only lasted around fifteen to twenty minutes. The questions were mostly about prior experience and future interests. The interviewer explained the main roles of the position and that it was a blue collar manual labor intensive position. After the phone interview, the interviewer decides whether or not to recommend you to be invited to participate in an on site interview.
