It was easy, more informational, not many questions were asked. I met with three members from the management team for almost three hours. The role and responsibilities were described as well as the reason the position was open, the goal of the new team to be created. Audit work papers were discuss and documentation was shown. Career opportunities, salary and team environment was discussed. There was also a phone interview with HR to discuss resume and why I was qualified for the job.
