I interviewed with the hiring manager, two directors, and one chief. I was told I would be progressing to the next round, but never heard anything further from the recruiter or hiring manager despite following up with both. Two weeks from my first round interview, I received an email from the recruiter saying they offered the role to another candidate. This was my second time applying to Troutman and at least this time all my interviewers showed up. I think the firm favors those that look like those already in senior positions. Don't waste your time if you look differently.
