Loved the interview process, until the end.
Applied through Indeed, and received a request to take a Data Engineering test through a third party grader. It consisted of two sections: a coding section with a virtual IDE, and a data architecture scenario requiring free response. The grading company provided back results, with suggestions and feedback. That part was fantastic, and felt fair and impartial.
After my results, got a message through Indeed and LinkedIn in from their VP of People, asking to schedule an interview. Had an easy tool to schedule, picked an open time slot, and interviewed. During the interview, he mentioned that they view their interviewees as customers, and he hoped that got across, which proved to be ironic. At the end of the interview, he let me know that he would pass me to be interviewed by the hiring manager. And then, crickets. I followed up one week and two weeks later, and nothing.
I was sure this wasn't the company to ghost. But after two rounds of interviews, they did.
