I had a great experience interviewing with Trovata. My recruiter, Natalie, did an excellent job of coordinating interviews with me and communicating everything I needed to know. There were 3 stages to the interview process, 1 on 1 with the hiring manager, a joint interview with the head of HR and product, and a final interview with the CEO. The 1 on 1 interviews were about 30 minutes with joint interview lasting an hour. The interviews were conversational and were focused on a mix of experience and cultural fit. Everyone was wonderful to talk to and a great representation of Trovata's teams and culture. I especially appreciated being able to get to know Brett and getting some one on one time with someone in his position.
