      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TruBridge (Mobile, AL)

      Interview

Smooth to the point. They give a total of three interviews and you come in for the last one. Great company to work for! They ask a series of questions during 2 phone interviews and if you make it to the 3rd you basically have the job.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TruBridge (Mobile, AL)

      Interview

The interview process can be overwhelming and a little frightening if you’re not prepared, or if you don’t do well speaking in front of a boardroom full of executives. But I really enjoyed it because I got a chance to select a topic of my choice and create a 5 minute presentation. The presentation was to be informative, meaning your audience should leave the room with full comprehension of the topic. Shortly after graduating college, I got an interview. While in school, I majored in nursing before changing to psychology, but I learned a bunch of information about nursing, so I was comfortable teaching someone else about it. I chose to educate the audience on the nursing process. I got a really nice poster printed, and I made some pamphlets for the class to follow along. I had a lot of confidence because I prepared everyday. Once I was done with my presentation, everyone clapped and said that I did a really good job. The main executive laughed and said he gets nervous when some interviewees give healthcare presentations because they only know enough to make the presentation, but not enough to answer questions. However, in my case they were pleased because one of the other executives was a nurse (go figure!) before moving up the corporate ladder. But, I got a call within the next week notifying me that they wanted to hire. So, a few takeaways: *choose a topic that you know like the back of your hand (not something that you have to learn about). This way, you can answer questions about your topic with ease! *PREPARE EVERYDAY!!! Even if only for 20-30 mins. *Make visuals and handouts! They were really impressed! *Don’t wait one or two days before to get the handouts and visuals ready. As soon as you get the invitation to interview, start working on everything that day and do a little day by day. *Be confident! Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance! If you’re prepared, confidence will come naturally. I hope this helps someone who is really interested in landing a job with the company. GOOD LUCK!!!

      Question 1

This was 10 years ago, so I have no idea. But, put yourself in their place. If you were in school, and the teacher asked questions to quiz your knowledge, what would they ask.
