Contacted by HR recruiter the day after applying and was told I was a good fit for the job based on the job description. I was told I was moving to the next round with an interview with the hiring manager and a team member. I was told I need to be on camera for this interview because the rest of the team will be. When I get to the interview with the hiring team nobody is on camera but me. Nobody introduces themselves but instead starts off with the first question asking me to tell them what I know about the company and this job. After I give my answer I am told that the job isn't what the description says. The job involves medical coding, which I do have some experience with. Overall bad experience and unprofessional.
