Extensive interview process. You will be phone screened by overworked and over committed HR resources. Assuming you hit all the buzz words, you'll be passed on to the hiring manager. You will then sit through 3-6 hours of interviews with various peers of your hiring manager. From there, expect to wait two weeks before hearing anytyhing.
