I was called, set up with, and had an Online interview with the HR representative. Asked basic questions, then asked to do an Excel workbook example. It didn't take very long. From there I was called and asked to come for an Interview at Headquarters. That interview was also done Online (while I was in Office) due to the interviewers being out of state. Then sat down to have a casual conversation with an Assistant Controller - mostly to determine fit.

The interview process was smooth and Trucordia maintained very constant and genuine communication throughout the process! I appreciated the timeliness and effectiveness of the interview process! The supervisors I interviewed with kept the interview very on point while trying to build a personal connection which was personally very important.
