Initial phone screen interview with recruiter went poorly. She seemed very disorganized and the interview was confusing. She seemed to keep putting words in my mouth and hinting at that I was overqualified, despite my saying multiple times that it was the kind of role I was looking for. I wanted to emphasize that, as I was afraid she was going to tell the hiring manager things I did not say. Ended up getting a reject email after that, so I feel that she put words in my mouth, which led to me not being selected. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
