First interview was a bit awkward. I think the manager is new at interviewing cause she was very quiet and I had to keep talking to avoid awkward silence. Then they sent me an excel test estimated to take 2 hours for a 50k a year salary. It felt like a joke. I didn't move forward but was told the next step would be a 3 hour interview that would require me to call out of work. I've gotten jobs for the same salary from 1 interview with no test.
