4 interviews. First interview was a phone interview with the fund ops Manager. At the end of the interview he gives an excel proficiency test. Not hard at all just need to know how to use pivots, vlookups, ifsums. Second interview, follow up to go over the excel homework. Then meet with two additional team member basic questions. I made it to the last interview. It was an HR person. That made me think I was going to get the job, but instead I was getting dumb culture inclusivity questions for a remote operation role which makes no sense. I don't know why they wasted my time pushing me to the final interview. Or allowing the fourth person to have the say. I think this company is biases anyways. All the interviewers were Asian. Seems like I didn't fit since I was Caucasian.
