Overall really enjoyed the interview process and the team dynamic seemed great. Started out with a quick phone screen with the hiring manager, then a more thorough 1:1 with the HM, then a case study presentation, and a last round with the VP of Product. All really nice people. Ended up not working out as the candidate they went with had more direct experience in banking / fintech but was a positive experience nonetheless. I wish this team well! They actually treated me with human respect and decency throughout the interview process, which is rarer and rarer to see in companies nowadays.
