Question 1
One of the interesting questions asked was how I would adjust my schedule from 100% on the road to initially remote, then eventually roughly 30% travel. My role changed from a "hunter" role to more of a "farming/maintaining" role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TrueCar (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2021
Interview
I was extremely pleased with how quick and efficient the interview process was. I was referred on a Thursday afternoon and by Thursday evening I was followed up with to schedule an interview. My first interview was with Sam, the Truecar recruiter - she's absolutely wonderful and she excelled at making this the least stressful interview process i've ever experienced (we all know how nerve-racking this process can be) and she made sure to keep me informed at every step. I then had three additional interviews (two regional directors and one senior director) and was then offered the position a couple days after meeting with the senior director. Overall - everyone was very friendly and truly cared about what I had to say during the interviews. My advice is to be yourself and to just enjoy the experience.
