      Office Manager Interview

      Mar 1, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Allston, MA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TrueMotion (Allston, MA) in Jan 2016

      Interview

The hiring process was actually pretty extensive and comprehensive. I did an initial phone screen with their in-house recruiter (HoT), then an on-site interview with their Head of Talent, CEO, President, and VP of Ops. Once I checked those boxes, I was invited back for a "project day" where they set me up a scenario and gave me a few hours to work out the logistical details of an office move. Once I was ready, I presented my approach to the HoT (counter-part to this position) and VP of Ops (manager of this position).
