The interview started with a phone call with the CTO. Very nice person and easy to talk to. Next they provided a take home project which was visible on their github repro. You had a few days (no exact time line given) to complete the project and make a PR. After the project was reviewed I was called in for a formal interview with a panel of around 6-7 interviewers. The panel consisted of the members of the team I would potentially join.
