Short, sweet, to the point, they pretty much ask you if you can perform simple tasks. They ask If you do drugs, drink on the job, or show up on time. Its pretty simple. They hire pretty much anyone that can walk through the door. Every week or so a person gets fired so it's easy to replace people. It's fun if you work with people you like.
