The interview process was very quick. I applied through a company referral and was contacted the next day. The whole process took about 2 weeks. The first round was a call with the recruiter to gage my fit. The next week was a follow up 3-hour "virtual on-site" interview with 4 different people from the team I would be working on. Everyone was incredibly friendly - a huge selling point for the company in my opinion. The questions were geared toward my background experience + some behavioral questions (how I handle multiple stakeholders, what to do if there is a must-have request that does not fit the timeline, etc). Overall a very positive experience and I ended up accepting the offer.
