Interview
Recruiter screening first for fit.
A conversation with the hiring manager to make sure there is mutual interest.
Then a 1on1 pairing session to work on technical question.
Then several rounds of algorithm and architecture questions along with meetings with other stake holders like design and product.

They asked me a lot of questions about my work history and things I've built at other companies.
They asked me behavioral questions about how I work with others across the organization.
My interviews with Truepill went smoothly. The overall process is well-organized and effective. In some cases it's even better than some public companies. The recruiter is helpful, responsive, and professional. I was provided the opportunities to speak to many different departments of the company, which really helped me and company know each other better. The Truepill team is young and very passionate. Even though I didn't accept their offer, I would still appreciate the efforts they put into the interviews, and I would recommend future job seekers interviewing with them.
