While my initial phone screen was smooth, the next interview cancelled on me multiple times. After making it through the second interview, I met with my would-be boss. While that went well, I was meant to have one final interview where I would put together a presentation for senior leadership. Not only did I never hear from the company again, but after several attempts to contact them and reiterate my interest I was just ghosted. I am ok with rejection, but not giving me any response was totally unprofessional and makes me think I dodged a messy bullet.
