Terrible interview process. Hiring manager had barely any industry experience and was pretentious. After dedicating several hours to the case study and finishing the final round interviews the recruiter never followed-up on whether I got the job or not. Ghosting is generally rude, but ghosting candidates who put several hours into your process is just unacceptable.
