Their process is: Phone Screen, Hiring Manager, peer panel, then executive conversation. The recruiter was great in the phone screen asked appropriate questions and really dug into experiences. Someone should likely snag this recruiter away from this company as he did a great job. Moved on to the hiring manager - didn't seem prepared at all and a bit condescending. Asked maybe 3 questions total and spent most of the time explaining how they want to do things v. asking questions to see if your approach would line up to their preferred approach. Really was trying to give this place a shot - as based on reviews its a place I would typically steer far from - but the reviews likely still ring true. Finally, for the hiring manager interview, I was sent 2 separate links. I joined the link the recruiter sent and said be early - which I was by 8 minutes. 2 minutes after the interview was to start, I was still not "admitted" into the video meeting, I went back to my emails and realized two separate unique links were sent. Advice if you do want to join this company, click every link they send you and wait to see which place someone pops up. What a game of chicken!
